I had almost given up hope. Like we were forgotten... AND then we got electricity. On the end of Day 11! I was so excited. The boys were excited. About one hour after getting home all remnants of anything temporary power related were gone and put away. No more extension cords, no more flashlights, no more batteries, no more fans, no more window units. Oh the joy! And the cable, phone and internet popped up just as it should!
My prayers are with those that are still without power or basic neccisities. We pray that life is rebuilt in Galveston and the sorrounding areas and that God connects with those that need him. If anyone needs or knows someone that needs a generator or window unit I would love to help and lend ours out.

I cried when I read your recent posts. What you said is so true - we forget to thank God for what we still have, in the midst of a crisis. Anyway, we are very happy for you guys that you finally got your power!!! love, 'TEileen
